Shipping and Deliveries
Shipping costs are fixed and amount to €9.50. For orders over €60, shipping costs are free.
Shipping times depend on the product ordered. If there are only products in "immediate shipping" in your cart, the order is entrusted to the courier within 24 working hours. If, on the other hand, there are products with different shipping times, you will be notified of the range of dates within which we expect to ship.
To track an order, simply enter the personal panel, in the "Orders" section and view the status and path of a package until delivery.
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If the order has not yet been shipped, you can change the delivery address at any time by accessing your personal data panel.

Returning goods

In the event of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and the sending by email of a photo with a description of the damage in order to avoid new inconveniences in the future.
In the event of product defects or damaged goods, the following procedure must be followed to be reimbursed:
