Ingredients - Dough: wheat flour, water, butter, raisins, ancient variety spelled flour (9%) [spelt, einkorn, einkorn], egg yolks , natural yeast powder from wheat flour, wheat gluten, emulsifiers (E471), salt, skimmed milk powder, brewer's yeast, barley malt extract, flavourings.
Ingredients - Filling: wild berries (60%) [strawberries, blueberries, blackberries], glucose syrup, natural flavourings, acidifier: citric acid, tartaric acid, concentrated black carrot juice.
Ingredients - Glaze: sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats, skimmed milk powder (8%), lactose, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural flavouring.
