Sweet and fragrant, it inebriates the palate with its slightly acidic notes, especially if served iced in equally icy glasses, or on desserts and ice cream.
PROCESSING OF THE
MANDARIN LIQUOR "ORODIAMALFI"
Using only the best mandarins from citrus groves in the Costa D'Amalfi, OrodiAmalfi creates this delicate and fragrant mandarin liqueur with suggestive slightly acidic notes.
Once washed, the mandarins are sent to mechanical peeling, taking care to remove, as far as possible, the only flavedo (the orange and fragrant part of the peel).
The production of the infusion takes place through the maceration of the peels in ethyl alcohol for a time of no less than 48 hours (aromatic transfer).
The infusion obtained is then subjected to appropriate filtrations.
The liqueur is therefore obtained by mixing the sugary syrup, previously prepared separately, with the infusion of mandarins.
The next step will be automated bottling and packaging.
OrodiAmalfi mandarin liqueur does not contain allergens, as indicated in Annex II of EC Regulation no. 1169/2011 concerning the provision of information on food to the consumer.
In compliance with the provisions of EC Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003, the OrodiAmalfi mandarin liqueur does not contain the presence of genetically modified ingredients.
Pale orange in color with shades of opaque yellow, the OrodiAmalfi mandarin releases a series of aromas that evoke the different nuances of fresh, freshly picked mandarin.
The OrodiAmalfi mandarin liqueur is produced without any use of natural colors or flavourings.
Although it does not undergo chemical alterations over time, in order to better enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the product, it is advisable to consume it fresh.
The liqueur must be kept away from heat sources and sheltered. from light, and in optimal storage conditions, its shelf-life is at least 12 months.
The natural opalescence of the product transforms into clarity over time.
Any emergence of outcrops of vegetable nature (essential oils of mandarin) is a consequence of the total naturalness of the product.
