MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF
ANISE AND ORANGE LIQUEUR "ORODIAMALFI"
Using skilfully selected oranges from citrus groves from the Amalfi Coast, star anise and secret natural spices OrodiAmalfi produces this liqueur with a spicy and decisive flavour.
Once washed, the oranges are sent for mechanical peeling, taking care to remove, as possible, only the flavedo (the orange and fragrant part of the peel).
The production of the infusion takes place through the maceration of orange peels, star anise and refined natural spices in ethyl alcohol for a time of no less than 48 hours (aromatic transfer).
The infusion obtained is then subjected to appropriate filtrations.
The liqueur is therefore obtained by mixing the syrup sweet, previously prepared separately, with the infusion of orange peel, star anise and natural spices ali.
The next step will be automated bottling and packaging.
The OrodiAmalfi anise and orange liqueur does not contain allergens, as indicated in Annex II of EC Regulation no. 1169/2011 concerning the provision of information on food to the consumer.
